Keto Fat Burning Cinnamon Smoothie
- 1 c. Unsweetened Cashew or Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-fed Beef Protein Powder (Equip Vanilla Beef Protein Powder)
- 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Vanilla Coconut Creamer
- 1 scoop HVMN MCT Powder
- 1-2 tsp. Organic Nutmeg
- 1-3 tsp. Organic Cinnamon (I prefer Ceylon Cinnamon!)
- 1-2 tsp. Organic Turmeric Powder

- 1 tsp. Trace Minerals 40,000 Volts Electrolyte Formula
- 2 cups ice
- Carb cycling/ Low Carb option: up to 1/4 c Organic Pumpkin
- Extra protein option: add 1 scoop protein
- Gut health option: 1 scoop L Glutamine Powder + 1 Scoop DGL Powder
1. Add milk to blender.
2. Add powders to blender.
3. Blend on low to mix.
4. Add pumpkin + ice.
5. Blend to desired consistency!
