Low Carb Tempting Tropical Chicken

This super simple Low Carb Tropical Chicken recipe is so good!

It works whether you’re paleo, keto nutrition, low carb or follow a modified Ketogenic Diet as well as if you eat right for your Metabolic Type. Tired of guessing what’s right for you? Let’s chat!

If you have a fast metabolism, definitely opt for chicken thighs instead of chicken breast! And speaking of fast metabolism. Let’s talk about hunger. A natural response that has truly become a dreaded feeling because of the diet industry.

It’s unfortunate that we’ve created a time that it’s not OK to be hungry. Excessively? Of course not. That’s when we have to look at many factors; hormones, etc. But just to be hungrier one day over another? Absolutely will happen, and it’s OK, as this can change based on energy output, hormone flux, etc.

But what do I do if I’m naturally hungry? I eat more overall, same ratios, up calories. And what do I recommend if my clients are naturally more hungry? Same. Exact. Thing.

It’s actually not good to never be hungry. I’m fat adapted (have been keto/ low carb for over almost 14 years) and I still get hungry. Some days more than others. Some days every 3 hours, sometimes more, sometimes less. I still eat multiple meals per day. Based on my physical hunger.

Unpopular opinion… lack of hunger can mean slower metabolism. It’s finding a balance that’s important!
