Portobello Mushroom Burger

2 Portobello Mushrooms
Red Bell Pepper
Red Onion
Romaine Lettuce
Feta Cheese
Olive Oil
Balsamic or Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Sea Salt

Optional:
Ghee
Chicken Breast
Gluten Free Bun
My preference… add a burger!!

  1. Clean all veggies and heat grill
  2. Cut bell peppers in half…
  3. Brush veggies for grilling with olive oil or lightly melted Ghee and sprinkle seasonings listed on each side.
  4. Grill mushrooms, bell peppers and onions on medium until cooked
  5. Season and grill chicken breast as well if adding this option…
  6. Use romaine leaves or bun for “burger” style…
  7. Place mushroom(s), bell peppers and onions and then top with feta cheese…
  8. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar of choice over top!
