Sweet Potato Fries
SIMPLE SWEET POTATO FRIES!!
2 Organic Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 425
- Cut up raw sweet potatoes
- Place in a bowl
- Melt (but not hot) 1/3 c. coconut oil
- Pour over potatoes
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and sea salt
- Place on cookie sheet
- Bake for 25-35 minutes depending on desired texture; for more “crispy” cook for the longer time though be sure to watch so they don’t burn!
While this isn’t Keto or Carnivore, or even Low Carb, if you’re going to have something like this – this is definitely the cleanest way to make this recipe! Butter would work as well.
