How to Start Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent Fasting is all the rage. When it comes to how to start intermittent fasting, most women do not approach this correctly. Definitely read on if you’re looking to start intermittent fasting for the weight loss and fat loss benefits.

This concept of Intermittent Fasting has become super popular. But if you’re still experiencing the shakes, headaches, dizziness or nausea, then there’s often some significant body imbalances going on behind the scenes that should be addressed.

Intermittent Fasting has a ton of benefits from rebalancing hormones to improving digestion and immunity, and much more. But, despite all the rage, OVER fasting is definitely a thing for women – especially if your body isn’t quite ready.

In that case, it’s best to keep fasting windows shorter, and even consider some added MCT fat to support metabolism.

While true fasting, also known as clean fasting, is defined by focusing on water, unsweetened tea, black coffee and electrolytes – like my favorite 40k Volts formula by Trace Minerals that is 100% bioavailable and is truly just pure and natural minerals, you can still experience many benefits of *modified* fasting from 2 cup of fatty coffee, tea, etc.

Then once your body balances out, that is the ideal time to start Intermittent Fasting by eliminating the fat, going for black coffee, and gradually start increasing your fasting window!

What helps even more is to have your ideal Macro balance correct during your eating window so that Intermittent Fasting is even easier as well. Not sure about those Macros? The other thing about fasting too much, too soon is that it will cause sugar cravings and nighttime binges. Trust me, I know from personal experience. I started utilizing intermittent fasting over 8 years ago before I even know it was something people did on purpose. lol However, I definitely went too much too soon and it bit me in the butt.

Side note… not eating enough throughout the day in an attempt to “eat clean,” or to save the calories for later, will also do the same. Need more tips on how to hack your cravings? CLICK HERE to grab my new free ebook, “CRUSH YOUR CRAVINGS!”

So in a nutshell, eat well and don’t fast too fast 😉
