There are so many things you can do to create wellness! Eat right for your Metabolic Type, hydrate properly with ionized water, exercise… working “in” as well as working “out” and lots of rest.
Stress reduction and / or relaxation are both very important as well. Something as simple as taking a walk can allow you to re-focus so you can be more effective with the tasks at hand.
Or, close your eyes and simply take 5 deep breaths… you’ll be amazed.
