½ c. Roasted, Unsalted Organic Cashews
2-3 tbsp. Cacao Nibs

Mix together in a bowl and eat like a trail mix!

This is a great “dessert” treat to have as a snack if you need a slight pick-me-up or if you’re challenged with a chocolate craving; or even as a dessert.  Keep in mind that the Cacao Nibs (Cacao is pronounced Ca-Cow) have a slight amount of caffeine in them so if you’re overly sensitive to having caffeine later in the day, refrain from having this as an after dinner treat.  They also might take a bit to get used to as this is pure chocolate so if you’re used to a candy bar or some other type of chocolate with sugar, the Nibs will probably seem slightly bitter at first.
